Polestar started U.S. production of the Long Range Single Motor Polestar 3, its latest flagship electric SUV. With a certified range of up to 706 km (438 miles WLTP) or 350 miles (EPA), this new variant offers one of the longest ranges in its class, priced at €79,890 (including handover fees).
High Performance and Accessibility
Equipped with the same 111 kWh battery as the dual-motor version, the single-motor Polestar 3 supports peak 250 kW DC fast charging, achieving a 10-80% charge in just 30 minutes. Powered by a rear-axle motor delivering 220 kW and 490 Nm of torque, it accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 7.8 seconds while maintaining Polestar’s hallmark dynamic performance.

Tailored Customization and Advanced Features
Customers can personalize their Polestar 3 with six exterior colors, five interior themes, and four wheel designs, including the new 21-inch alloy wheels in the Pro Pack. Premium features such as a 25-speaker Bowers & Wilkins audio system, Bridge of Weir Nappa leather, and high-definition LED headlights are available as add-ons.
The Long Range Single Motor model also includes a sophisticated suspension system featuring Hydraulic Rebound Stops (HRS) and Frequency Selective Damping (FSD), ensuring a smooth yet engaging driving experience. The Brembo braking system, shared with dual-motor variants, ensures precise stopping power.
Sustainability in Focus
As part of its commitment to sustainable mobility, Polestar continues to advance the Polestar 0 project, aiming for a climate-neutral car by 2030. This aligns with the company’s ambitious roadmap to expand its portfolio to five EV models by 2026.
