I have been trying for weeks to update/download carplay for my 2016 Hyundai Tucson. I was told by a US Hyundai dealer that I had to go through a local dealer in Guam ( I purchase the car in Guam) The local car dealer said they see what they can do and get back to me. every time I call for an update on their finds their responds is always “we are checking on it” I have emailed Hyundai corp. office 3 or 5 dealers hoping someone could help me – I haven’t hard back from anybody.
HELP!
The dealers have tried to install my apple I phone to my 2016 hyundia.com santa fe sport. This vehicle does not navagation to my suprise. We have blue link set up. I would like to use Waze if possible. Is there a way I can set it up with the confusion of the IT people at the dealership. I am not a strong computer person , I do not understand all the IT language. With all the technology Hyundia has they should make it easier to install customer smart phones.
Can anyone tell me if the list of Hyundai compatible vehicles will continue to expand? In other words its available for a 2017 Santa Fe Sport, but what about 2015 eventually?
You’ll have to ask Hyundai about that.
