MirrorLink supports the apps MIROAMER (internet radio and music entertainment), Audioteka (talking books) and COYOTE (community-based real-time traffic information). More apps will be coming in the future..
MirrorLink is a standard developed by a consortium of vehicle and IT companies which is based on a standardixed interface for transmitting display content and commands. Devices and apps are certified.
Other new tech items available for new 2016 models are a tablet holder for the Rear Seat Entertainment System. The tablet holder is designed for the iPad Air. The fitted device is both ergonomic and safe, and can be removed from the backrests of the front seats at any time.
