The PR darling of EVs, Elon Musk has responded to feedback from customers who bought an ad in a local Palo Alto newspaper in the form of a Tweet and more. Elon Musk tweeted that the customers were right and many of the features will be implemented soon.
Some connected car features wanted are voice dialing by speaking the numbers, a larger touchscreen spot for answering calling to avoid disconnecting incoming call by mistake.
The Southhold New York couple that placed ads in two local Palo Alto newspapers requested more ADAS features such blind spot monitors, cross-traffic monitors and sound sensors to detect low close object like parking space blocks.
Convenient features wanted include a moving the cup holder forward, an automatic closing door for the charging station when the power cord is remove and a bigger sun visor for short drivers.
Ad taken out in Palo Alto Daily by two Model S owners is right. Many of the suggestions will be implemented soon.
